The Automated Bio-Chemical Data Extractor & Explorer (ABCDEE) project is developing a solution for processing biological and chemical information from unstructured documents into knowledge graphs, making them accessible and navigable via a user-friendly interface.
Funding
This project is fully funded by the European Funds for Regional Development (EFRE). The total budget amounts to 391,323.72 Euros. The project started on January 1, 2025 and finishes on February 29, 2028.
